This model ensures the Group’s compliance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001, regarding the administrative liability of companies, Italian Legislative Decree no. 61 of April 11, 2002, regarding the corporate crime reform, and the subsequent and more recent regulatory changes, especially those concerning Safety.
The Group’s Code of Ethics is an important part of this model, and a Supervisory Body (SB) made up of third parties was established as a result of its implementation.
